Tender Description
The Australian Centre for Disease Control (Australian CDC) is seeking ongoing support and maintenance services for the Australian Immunisation Handbook mobile application on iOS and Android. This limited tender forms part of Phase 8 of the broader DAIHS project and is intended to maintain continuity of this critical service through a panel-compliant supplier.
Services include defect resolution, support triage, backlog management, maintenance of compatibility with supported mobile operating systems, compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements, updates to libraries, dependencies and SDKs, security vulnerability monitoring and remediation, and delivery of essential upgrades including .NET MAUI 10 and required operating system upgrades.
The supplier will act as head supplier, with specialist subcontracted resources undertaking day-to-day delivery being Orbital 8. Services will be managed through agreed planning periods rather than fixed monthly allocations. The supplier must describe how work will be planned, prioritised, estimated, delivered and reviewed, with only buyer-approved work to be undertaken.
The contract is expected to provide up to 480 hours per year and is limited to essential support and maintenance only. Major feature development, middleware development, replatforming and other non-essential enhancements are out of scope.
