The City of Burnside is seeking tenders for the supply and installation of new flooring at the George Bolton Swimming Centre, where the main building services outdoor pools and includes an entrance foyer, change rooms, toilets and a meeting room, with existing floor transition from outdoor surfaces to internal vinyl contributing to a history of slip incidents currently managed through secondary anti-slip treatments.
Proposed flooring may include:
- Vinyl
- Tiles
- Epoxy
Any other suitable alternative meeting Australian Standards
Works need to be completed by 30th August 2026.

Notes: The Swimming Centre is located in Hazelwood Park Reserve - cnr Greenhill Road and Howard Terrace, Hazelwood Park. Meet at the entrance to the foyer of the Swimming Centre.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
