Website hosting and maintenance contract

⁠⁠⁠Western Australia's Commissioner for Children and Young People (CCYP) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified vendors to deliver website hosting, support, governance, and related services for its public-facing website.

The procurement is intended to secure a well-managed, sustainable operating model addressing service quality, transparency, and vendor dependency. The anticipated contract term is 5 years (specific details to be determined regarding an initial contract of 2-3 years with extension options).

The solution must improve transparency, reduce reliance on a single vendor, and ensure that CCYP has sufficient control over its content, design, and ongoing management. The procurement also aims to establish clear commercial and service arrangements that deliver value for money over the life of the contract.

This procurement does not assume a mandatory redesign or rebuild of the existing website. Vendors may propose improvements or enhancements; however, any such proposals must align with the approved scope and budget assumptions set out in the Business Requirements Document.
