⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 77 A&B Marrinup Way, Tom Price WA 6751.

The Work includes but is not limited to a full internal refresh of all finishes and services, replacement of kitchen and wet-area fixtures, and essential external repairs. Upgrade with new floors, new wall and ceiling linings where required, full repainting, new doors and windows with Crimsafe, updated electrical and plumbing throughout, full renewal of the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and WC, plus targeted external rectification such as roof/gutter repairs, paving reinstatement and general tidy-ups.
