Be part of the team that supports meaningful, people-focused change across Digital Services through strategic guidance and embedded expertise.
Our Change and Engagement function operates as an integrated team using our hub and spoke model with embedded change leads across branches, programs, platforms, projects and initiatives. We scale delivery up or down to match the business needs at the initiative, project, program or branch level. This includes agile deployments and collaboration across areas based on need, including multi-disciplinary teams and for new proposals, using localised delivery across products and platforms.
We are looking for an experienced organisational change manager (OCM) / change lead with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is passionate about contributing and supporting successful delivery across a range of initiatives and projects across Digital Services within the department.
