Accommodation Village - Nolans Project

⁠⁠⁠The CX180 package is a Design, supply and Construct (D&C) contract, which will be broken up into three (3) separable parts:

•  Separable Part 1 (SP1) – Detailed design
•  Separable Part 2 (SP2) – Off-site fabrication
•  Separable Part 3 (SP3) – Village installation and commissioning

Once complete, the Works will increase the available camp accommodation from its present 200 rooms to a forecast maximum capacity of 1,200 rooms.

The Works shall include, but is not limited to, the provision of all materials, labour, PPE, tools and machinery, earthworks, construction work, inspection and testing and temporary facilities required for the execution of the scope of works.

The Works will also include:

•  The transportation of all buildings to site, including but not limited to all necessary transport permits, pilots and cross-border paperwork (if required).
•  The Works shall include the supply of all labour, plant and equipment, tools, consumables, materials and supervision necessary to perform the work.
•  Provision of all Temporary Facilities required for the execution of the Works.
•  Reinstatement and rehabilitation, where required.
