Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake court reconstruction works at Quinns Rock Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to the reconstruction of existing school upper playing courts including demolition, earthworks, drainage, pavements, and associated infrastructure. New basketball and netball facilities will be installed, and existing services and surrounding vegetation will be retained and protected throughout the works. Works during Term.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 6 Rees Drive, Quinns Rocks on 2 June 2026 2:00 PM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Quinns Rock Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 6 Rees Drive, Quinns Rocks WA 6030.
