Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest for the Construction of Category1 and Category 6 LV Distribution system to replace the genset connections at Eliwana and Flying Fish, includes the following:
Category 1_6 LV Assets
- Construction, Installation and testing of LV distribution system to replace genets at 49 LV assets, fed via new Pole top Transformer or Relocatable substation skid connected to HV 33kV Backbone spur line.
- Construction Verifications, punch listing and As Built drawing mark ups.
- Electrical Scope includes
- Supply & Construct LV cable connection from Pole Top Distribution board or new Relocatable transformer skid via trenching, star picket connection
- Remove the connection existing genset & connect to new feeder via Marchell plugs or direct connection.
- Supply & install new field DB’s as per the IFC drawings.
- Construction Verifications, punch listing and As Built drawing mark ups.
- Support Testing, commissioning & energisation of all the charging stations
- Civil / mechanical / Structural Scop – Civil works to support;
- Placement of footings, foundations, and grouting.
- Installation of conduits and pits where applicable.
- Bollards / windrows / handrail guarding and signage to facility for personnel and equipment protection and Traffic Management as required
- Dry Fire system installation
- Trenching of cable routes, earthing grids
Australian and Fortescue Standards apply.
The Fortescue Decarbonisation Project, including these packages for the Construction of Charging Facilities Infrastructure – Eliwana and Flying Fish, is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope may change, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
