Supply and Delivery of Reinforced Concrete Pipe & Concrete Box Culverts

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) intends to release this Request for Tender (RFT) Late June/Early July 2026.

Goulburn-Murray Water are seeking to establish a panel of suppliers who will provide both supply and delivery of Reinforced Pipe & Concrete Box Culverts to work sites within the Goulburn-Murray Irrigation District.

GMW as part of its capital and asset maintenance program is required to build, repair and maintain channels and assets for safety, property management, ensure delivery or water to its customers and other agricultural/environmental reasons across the Goulburn Murray Irrigation District (GMID).

This will support a whole business approach to this category.

Reinforced concrete Pipe & Concrete Box Culverts that will be included are as follow, but not limited to:

•  Rubber Ring Joint, Bell-Socketed, Class 2, Reinforced Concrete Full Pipes (2.44m):
•  Rubber Ring Joint, Bell-Socketed, Class 4, Reinforced Concrete Full Pipes (2.44m):
•  Rubber Ring Joint, In-Wall, Class 2, Reinforced Concrete Full Pipes (2.44m):
•  Rubber Ring Joint, In-Wall, Class 4, Reinforced Concrete Full Pipes (2.44m):
•  uPVC Pipe
•  Invert Units (with Lids) [W, H], Standard length is 2.4m
•  Crown Units [W, H], Standard length is 2.4m, can be 1.2m

Proposed contract term is 3 years, with 2 x 1 year extension options.

The form of contract will be a VGPB Services/Goods Contract.
