RFI Summary
Townsville City Council is issuing this Request for Information to ascertain the market availability of a suitable Design & Delivery Partner (Partner) who would become an integral part of the Energy Transition Program (ETP) and specialises in the design and delivery of large scale Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
The ETP consists of a three-year program of works with an annual budget and proposed scopes of work attached to each of the following financial years, 26/27, 27/28 and 28/29. If additional funding is made available, further project scopes may be added at the discretion of Townsville City Council during the three-year program.
