Mid West Ports Authority (MWPA) plans to lease Lots 64a and 64b within the Fishing Boat Harbour (FBH) precinct to leaseholders by the 1 October 2026. Additionally, MWPA intends to have lot 66 ready to be leased in the future. At present, all three sites lack the necessary enabling infrastructure and services required for leaseholders to progress the development of the lots. To support the development of these leases, MWPA is required to provide enabling infrastructure and services, including fire-fighting systems, electrical supply, vacuum sewer, potable water and telecommunications.
Scope:
- The objective of the project is to construct the enabling infrastructure including supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Electrical and Telecommunication services in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and all relevant regulations and standards.
- The objective of the project is to construct the enabling infrastructure and install and commission, Firefighting, and Sewerage services in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, and all relevant regulations and standards.
