Tender Description
Austin Health is seeking suitably qualified suppliers to provide a property management software solution capable of supporting the operational and reporting requirements of our organisation.
The aim of the questionnaire is to:
- Better understand the market capability and identify suppliers who can provide a low cost property management software system to support Austin Health
- Understand the different systems in the market, including benefits and features
- Understand the indicative costs (both CAPITAL and OPERATING) of a new system in order to secure funding
- Understand suppliers capabilities to interface with existing systems, including an IT cyber security assessment.
Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers maybe shortlisted and invited to respond to a formal Invitation to Supply (ITS).
Further information on this next market engagement will be shared with these shortlisted suppliers.
