Kialla Activity Centre Structure Plan

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Structure Plan for Kialla to provide strategic guidance for the future development and enhancement of the established commercial area, including the Kialla Activity Centre.

In general terms it will include the following items:

• Preparation of a comprehensive Structure Plan for Kialla
• Analysis of existing land use, infrastructure, transport, and community needs
• Development of strategic recommendations for future growth and enhancement
• Preparation of supporting reports, maps, and planning documentation
• Presentation of draft and final Structure Plan documents to Council

Please Note: Greater Shepparton City Council (GSCC) is trialing additional question features with the aim of streamlining Tender Submission and Evaluation.
