Future Generation Joint Venture would like to engage a company with proven experience in Crane Runway Beam Alignment works in a Cavern environment, repositioning, Welding, Drilling, Lifting and fixing the defects during the alignment works.
The Scope of Works covers the provision for preliminaries, mobilization and demobilization, transport, overheads, project management, maintenance of plant and equipment, labor, training, construction plant, tooling and equipment, materials, tooling, lifting gear, and consumables, personal protective equipment, supervision, technical expertise, and all other items required for the safe installations and fixing the defects during the Alignment in 2 stages .
This alignment will be carried out in two stages in Machine Hall and Transformer Hall. To start with at the end of Stage 6 excavation and after stressing of Corbel in machine hall at Service and unloading bay areas which are from M1 to M3 and M11 to M13 grids will be aligned (approximately25 metres of runway beam length each side) and similarly for Transformer Hall T1 to T3 and T13 to T15. Balance portion i.e. entire central stretch in Machine Hall and Transformer Hall will be done after the Stage 9 excavation or based on the design clearances.

Scope includes:
a) Services: Temporary cranes Runway beam alignment installed in site on Corbel Brackets.
b) Components: All associated supports(bearing box, Lateral tie Backs Runway beam stopper plates, Lower couplings and accessories as per design and shop drawings.
c) Execution: Installation, alignment, Drilling, Welding, and defect fixing in compliance with all relevant Consultant, Contractor, and Employer requirements, drawings, specifications, and Australian Standards.
d) Reposition: Reposition of the runway beams based on requirement.
