Cleaning Services Contractors for the Hunter Central Coast

⁠⁠⁠NSW Department of Education scheme of prequalified suppliers to provide cleaning services within the Hunter Central Coast Region.

Scope

The provision of cleaning services to all NSW Government Sites within the Hunter Central Coast Region. The Scheme will provide resources to address short-term vacancies across the region. A detailed breakdown of the scope can be found in the attached Specifications and relevant attachments.

When completing an application for this scheme suppliers are required to demonstrate their capability to meet requirements by:

1. Demonstrating you meet the mandatory requirements and provide all required supporting documentation:

• Evidence of required insurance levels or confirmation that these will be obtained if successful
• Professional Indemnity Insurance - $5m
• Public Liability Insurance - $20m
• Workers Compensation Insurance
• Supplier is an acceptable legal entity
• Modern Slavery
• Work Health and Safety
• All Staff attending a site must hold a valid working with children check and complete a National Police History Check
• Ability to service all sites within a region.

2. Ensure you address all the required capability questions and demonstrate your supplier’s capacity:

• Sustainability – Supporting NSW Government’s economic, ethical, environmental and social priorities
• Organisation experience
• Organisation Capacity and capability to provide resources (note: this will be assessed on a per region basis)
• Resource capability, quality assurance and performance management
• Price
