Tender Description
Peak Services is seeking a modern, Learning Management System (LMS) to support the delivery of non-accredited training services to Peak’s clients.
The LMS must enable Peak Services to operate as a Master Tenant, supporting multiple client organisations (sub-tenants) within a single platform while maintaining strict governance, security and isolation.
The core objectives of this procurement are to:
- Centralise learning delivery for non-accredited courses into a single unified platform;
- Enable scalable delivery of training across diverse client organisations;
- Enhance commercial capability (paid courses, monetisation models);
- Improve efficiency through automation, configuration and self-services;
- Deliver a positive, intuitive and consistent user experience for all users including Clients, Learners, Peak Services administrators and staff;
- Support continuous innovation and future digital maturity; and
- Enable seamless integration with enterprise systems including customer relationship management systems (CRMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Payment Gateway and financial Systems.
