MidCoast Council invites suitably qualified suppliers to submit a quotation for the design, customisation and delivery of artificial intelligence training services for Council staff working across infrastructure, engineering, operations and leadership functions. The purpose of this Request for Quote is to identify a provider capable of delivering practical, role-relevant training that converts Council’s approved AI toolset into measurable productivity, capability and service improvement outcomes.

MidCoast Council has approved the use of Microsoft, TechnologyOne and ChatGPT Enterprise as its core AI toolset. Council now seeks a training partner to support the practical adoption of these tools across an understaffed engineering and operations environment, with a strong focus on safe use, productivity uplift, better ways of working and sustainable internal capability development.
