Kingston City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver demolition works as below;
The works involve the complete demolition and removal of an existing two-storey aged hostel facility located within a residential street environment, including all associated buildings, services, external infrastructure, vegetation, and site elements. The Contractor is to provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision, permits, protection works, environmental controls, traffic management, and temporary works required to complete the demolition works in accordance with relevant legislation, Australian Standards, EPA requirements, WorkSafe Victoria requirements, and Kingston City Council specifications.
Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time.
Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All tender clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the tender closing date.
Please note there is a listed Mandatory site visit for this RFQ.
