Tender Description
Stage 2 of this project will complete the renewal / refurbishment works to the LCC Morwell Depot office building. The new amenities extension (stage 1) has just been completed, which will allow demolition of the old toilets and corridor section of the building.
This section will then be re-built to provide increased office space and meeting rooms. This major upgrade is required to replace old and non-compliant facilities at this site and provide additional office / meeting space for increased staff numbers.
The necessary insurance required by the contractor for this Contract is:
A. Workers Compensation Insurance
B. $20,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance
C. $10,000,000.00 Professional Indemnity Insurance
D. $10,000,000.00 Products Liability Insurance
E. Works Insurance
Please note: a mandatory site meeting will be held at 10:00am on 27 May 2026 at the Morwell Council Depot, Driffield Road Morwell.
