Refresh - Register Of Pre-Qualified Suppliers Wet/Dry Plant Hire

⁠⁠⁠Balonne Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for appointment as a pre-qualified supplier of Wet Plant Hire and Minor Works and/or & Dry Plant Hire.

Tenderers must, where prompted in the Response Schedules identify the services in respect of which they are submitting a Tender.

Council refers to condition 18 in the Dry Hire Contract, and clause 21 of the Wet Hire Contract, identified at Part 4 of this Request for Tender. Tenderers should note that Tenderers may be appointed to the register of pre-qualified suppliers, but Council does not intend to engage Suppliers if they are not in compliance with the law (including town planning requirements) and that the Supplier may be in breach of the contract to the extent that the Supplier is not compliant.
