 Additional Information:

• This vehicle is replacing – Toyota Hilux 4x4 Space Cab – Plant ID 4388
• Overall truck height to be as low as possible to allow clearance through garages and carports to access Council Assets in suburban back yards.
• The vehicle shall be delivered with full NSW registration with a Common Expiry Date of August 20th, with the towing capacity stated.
• Council is exempt from Stamp Duty
• CTP Green Slip to be completed by Council
• A separate quotation on a company letterhead must be submitted.
• Please complete table below and the Excel spreadsheet attachment. This is to ensure all RFQ’s can be assessed comparatively for Whole of Life Costs (WOLC), as per Federation Council’s Procurement Policy.
