Contract Terms and Conditions

The rent has been determined by an independent market appraisal to be:

• Offers above $3,400 per year plus GST with an annual CPI increase
• Council may consider a reasonable alternative offer

• The Licence fee is required to be paid annually in advance
• The Licence Agreement will have a term of 3 years with 2 options to renew the Agreement of 1 year each
