Shire of Northam Cemetery Services

⁠⁠⁠Shire of Northam are seeking quotes from suitable contractors for the Shire of Northam Cemetery Services (Burials).

Based on the last two (2) years there were fifty-six (56) new graves dug, thirty (30) re-openings and ten (10) internments of ashes in the Niche Wall and twelve (12) in existing graves.

The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, equipment and materials necessary to undertake:

• Excavation of new graves

• Re-opening of existing graves

• Excavation for ash interments

• Installation of plaques (if required)

• Backfilling and compaction

• Site reinstatement

• Monument inspection (visual compliance only unless otherwise qualified)

• Certification (as defined in Section 10)
