Supply and Install Turf

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply and install Kikuyu, Couch and hybrid turf varieties across the City.

The City undertakes re-turfing works totalling a minimum of 1,000 m2 per annum across various active and passive parks, and at Point Walter Golf Course. Re-turfed areas include, but are not limited to, synthetic cricket wicket turf coverings, goal mouths, centre squares, key golf course areas, and high-wear areas within parks.

This Contract is valid for an initial term of 3 years with two additional 12-month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the Services under the Contract.

The Contract excludes turf works delivered as part of major projects under the capital works program. The Contract also excludes turf varieties other than Kikuyu, Couch and hybrid turf varieties, which the City may trial from time to time.

Nothing in this Contract limits the City s right to undertake turf works of any scale
