NZAS EOI - Cladding Services

⁠⁠⁠NZAS are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the supply and delivery of Cladding Services.

Rio Tinto is a global minerals and mining organisation with smelting operations within New Zealand’s  South Island. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced  organisations, for the supply and delivery of Cladding Services provided to Rio Tinto’s site, New  Zealand Aluminium Smelters (NZAS), with a proposed three-year Contract term. 

Scope of Work:

NZAS requires the supply and delivery of Cladding Services which minimum requirements include, but are not limited to, any of the following:

(a) internal and external assessments of identified buildings;

(b) Condition reports;

(c) Remediation methodology;

(d) capabilities in similar Cladding management and services (i.e. repair or re-clad);

(e) ability to provide site based personnel who are suitably industry qualified; and

(f) liaising with all Stakeholders to integrate inspections, maintenance, and repair work on identified buildings, delivering a high-quality service.
