Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the provision of design and construction services for the following works:
- Construction of a new 40 kennel greyhound facility; and
- Extension of the existing dwelling to establish the future Greyhounds as Pets (GAP) Administration Building.
The Project forms part of RWWA’s Greyhounds as Pets (GAP) program and supports its commitment to enhancing animal welfare outcomes through the delivery of modern, compliant, and fit-for-purpose rehoming facilities.
This EOI is conducted for the purpose of identifying Respondents with the capability, capacity, and relevant experience to be shortlisted for invitation to participate in a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) process.
This EOI does not constitute a request for tender and does not form part of any subsequent procurement process. Information provided at this stage is indicative only and does not represent the full scope of works. Detailed design documentation, technical specifications, and contractual requirements will be made available to shortlisted Respondents as part of the formal RFT to be issued via Tenders WA.
