Relocation and Destination Services

⁠⁠⁠ECU is seeking to establish a preferred supplier for the provision of Relocation and Destination Services. Suppliers must demonstrate proven capability and experience in delivering high-quality, end-to-end relocation and destination support services, both domestically and internationally.

The services will support senior appointments, employees, visiting academics, and other approved relocates, including accompanying family members and pets. Services will be coordinated by People and Culture in consultation with the relevant School or Centre and delivered within an approved ECU budget.

The appointed provider will work directly with relocates to assess requirements, prepare cost estimates for approval, coordinate approved services, and provide ongoing support throughout the relocation process.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Employee Relocation Services:

• Removalist Services;
• Personal effects packing, transport, storage and unpacking;
• Pet relocations;
• Export clearance and consignment; and
• Airfares and temporary accommodation.

Destination Services:

• House search and location advice;
• School search; and
• Ancillary services
