Event planning, logistics and delivery support services

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade invites Tenders for the provision of event planning, logistics and delivery support services, in accordance with the scope of requirement of this Request for Tender (RFT).

Support Services are requested as an essential requirement to meet Australia’s commitment to support the Leaders’ element of Pre-COP engagements in the Pacific.

Services will support the Government of Tuvalu, as host, provide planning, design, operational and logistical support, acting in a facilitatory support role.

The Event will be delivered in collaboration with DFAT and Tuvaluan representatives highlighting and meaningfully engaging Tuvaluan business, food, art, culture and sustainability themes as the central focus of the Event.

An industry briefing will be held 2pm AEST on 26 May 2026.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The Department proposes that any Contract arising from this RFT will have an initial term of approximately 6 months from 6 July to January 31 2027, with no further extension options.
