Tender Description
PMHC is seeking to procure and implement a digital system that automates award interpretation, streamlines time and attendance management, and integrates with existing platforms at PMHC such as HRIS Pulse and Civica Authority, especially for the information of Authority payroll financial transactions.
We are looking for a supplier with a proven track record of implementing a system that covers award interpretation and time and attendance capture functionality for Local Government organisations.
An optional pre-tender briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 28 May 2026 12:30pm (AEST) to understand the requirements and respond to initial questions.
The Potential Tenderer may be accompanied by subcontractors, designers, and others at the tender briefing. However, the Potential Tenderer must advise Rochelle Foster (PMHC Contact - Project Manager) of the number and names of attendees via email rochelle.foster@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 5:00pm Tuesday 26 May 2026. An online meeting request will be issued to registered attendees.
