Tender Description
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking industry feedback as part of a market interaction process for the Milton to Ulladulla bypass project (MUB).
Project goals
The MUB project team is seeking industry feedback to help inform the development and delivery of a 12-kilometre bypass of the Princes Highway between Milton and Ulladulla townships. The upgrade aims to deliver a more resilient transport network, improve safety and improve efficiency while providing connectivity to local services and nearby towns and villages.
Scope
TfNSW is seeking feedback to gauge market interest, clarify the proposed procurement strategy, and identify any market constraints, risks, or opportunities. Feedback from this engagement will be used to inform approaches regarding delivery strategy options and risk-sharing strategies.

Following the briefing, participants will be given access to a secure data room to review relevant materials and submit a response to the MIP questionnaire by 5pm Thursday 11 June 2026.
