Provision of Pool Blankets for Avenel, Euroa, Nagambie and Violet Town Public Pools

⁠⁠⁠Lump Sum Payment

Strathbogie Shire Council has four seasonal aquatic facilities located in Avenel, Euroa, Nagambie and Violet Town.

Specifically, Council requires:

• Avenel - 2 x Thermal Blankets 25m x 4.56 main pool with all accessories to required (please specify). Supply and install with accessories to suit plus roller system. Council is also seeking option of pool valet.
• Nagambie – 2 xThermal Blankets 2 x 25m with all accessories required (please specify) for existing roller, and 1x 11m x 6.5m (m2) thermal blanket for toddler pool. Plus supply and delivery.
• Violet Town – Valet for existing Pool Blankets, plus supply and delivery.
• Euroa Pool– 2 xThermal Blankets 11.7m x 5.94m with roller with locking castors, drop bolts and 900mm hand wheels. 2x 12m x 3.66 thermal blankets toddler pool, Stainless Steel Rollers with locking castors, drop bolts, and 700mm hand wheels. Council is also seeking option of pool valet. Plus supply and delivery

Tenders can be only lodged online through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Contract 25-26-44 - Provision of Pool Blankets for Avenel, Euroa, Nagambie and Violet Town public pools.

Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated. Tenderers are requested to please complete the schedule of rates tab to itemise separate individual pool blanket/accessory/valet quotes.

Council reserves the right separate the pool order contracts depending overall best value.

All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.

You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.

Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted, and you will be unable to continue.
