This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
TechnologyOne Procure to Pay Implementation and Operational Support services are required to partner with business stakeholders to support business as usual operational support for DHA’s TechnologyOne Procure to Pay environment and associated modules, while further TechnologyOne activities are delivered through our technology refresh program. This engagement is intended to support the stability, availability, and effective operation of Procure to Pay within TechnologyOne for DHA’s procurement, contract management and accounts payable modules including vendor management activities.
For clarity, all components on the future roadmap in FinSystems TechnologyOne project are to be managed under a separate approach to market and are excluded from these arrangements.
Personnel nominated to perform the services will have the skills to undertake the following requirements:
- Support ongoing rectification of issues and enhancements with User Access – Permissions related to relevant Procure to Pay Modules, Procurement Forms, Contracts and Contract Variations, Dashboards, Reporting and ETLs.
- Each of the above will be split into work packages with estimates to be provided within 72 business hours unless a longer period is agreed by the DHA Contract Manager (or nominated representative).
- Ensure all business processes, data models, reports and dashboards are operational and accurate. Trouble shoot and resolve any errors as required.
- Personnel nominated must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and able to work effectively across teams to meet critical deadlines. Applicants are expected to be proactive and motivated to build their knowledge of the business and technical areas at DHA to provide advice to the project’s business owners.
