Tender Description
Webuild, Clough and Lane trading as Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is a main contractor of Snowy 2.0 EPC Project. The Project is a pumped hydro project that will increase the generation capacity of the Snowy Mountains Scheme by up to 2,200MW and at full capacity will provide approximately 350,000MW/h of energy storage. The project includes all activities associated with the requirements for the Snowy 2.0 Pumped Hydro-electric Scheme.
PROJECT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The TBM will be dismantled into large sections inside a dismantling chamber located within the Powerhouse complex. These sections will then be transported out through the Main Access Tunnel to the MAT Portal, and subsequently to the TBM cutting and removal area in the Lobs Hole Main Yard Area. If any hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical components remain on the shields and gantries, Contractor (FGJV) will remove them prior to handing the steel structure over to the vendor for cutting and disposal.
The vendor shall be responsible for the safe disposal and removal of all steel components and steel from the TBM from the jobsite.
