PROJECT STAGES FOR CONSTRUCTION
• Stage Two: Capricorn Esplanade, north of Brazier Rd Roundabout.
• Stage Three: Brazier Rd south, between the Brazier Rd Roundabout and Wilkie Ave.
As part of scope of works for this tender, consultant to complete project design and documentation for both stages.
The Yanchep Lagoon Foreshore Management Plan was endorsed for the submission to the WAPC by Council at its meeting of 24 March 2026 .
