This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
Geoscience requires a supplier to provide complex FMIS System support on an ad hoc basis. The objective is to ensure continuity, stability, and optimal performance of the TechnologyOne FMIS platform, which is a critical corporate system supporting core financial and operational functions
Due to the complexity of FMIS systems and the knowledge gaps within the FMIS team, system support is essential.
The supplier will provide resources to assist Geoscience in several tasks that include (but are not limited to):
- Demonstrate extensive experience and product knowledge across the TechnologyOne Enterprise Suite of modules
- Support
- Liaise with users to understand the context of issues and provide resolution.
- Troubleshoot and provide a solution to complex configuration issues
- Complete support requests and resolve technical issues within defined service levels.
- Assist with testing and changes to processes during upgrades.
- Training and Upskilling:
- Assist in building capability within the team, training and knowledge sharing from experience.
- Contribute to structured training efforts to upskill existing APS staff.
- Transfer of experience and knowledge- from general system admin skills to technical configuration.
- Configuration and Development:
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution to complex system issues.
- Define effort, technical requirements, and complexity of enhancements, and implement them as required.
- Manage development requests for the new and existing configurations.
- Create supporting documentation on configuration and development work, such as solution design documents and functional specs, where necessary.
- Follow internal change management controls - plan, test, and implement configuration within these controls.
- Contribute to larger-scale configuration and development pieces as part of defined project activities within the team.
- Manage technical risks and evaluate the impact of complex changes.
The preferred supplier will also need to be able to provide support face-to-face in the Canberra Office when required.
The required support is for a total of 15 days over 12 months, until 30 June 2027.
