This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
The supplier will provide specialist design system review and uplift services, including:
* Review the existing CER website design system (components, patterns, guidance and usage).
* Identify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities to improve clarity, usability and consistency.
* Update and refine design system guidance so content teams can apply standards consistently and efficiently.
* Recommend and/or develop updates to existing components and patterns (as agreed in scope).
* Identify required new components/patterns to support improved presentation of information and user experience (as agreed in scope).
* Provide practical documentation/artefacts suitable for ongoing internal use and maintenance.
* Conduct knowledge transfer (e.g., walkthrough session and/or guidance) to uplift internal capability, particularly for newer content designers.
* If time and budget permits development work for the identified components

Deliverables, milestones and timelines will be confirmed with the supplier during initiation after an initial discovery phase and documented.
