Tender Description
Council requires a professional accredited and licenced provider for Fire-related Essential Safety Measures in approximately forty (40) Hepburn Shire Council owned and managed sites.
Council has a dedicated Service Run program which is asked to be retained and costed per asset per service.
- RUN A: Clunes Run
- RUN B: Creswick Run
- RUN C: Daylesford Run
Servicing and reporting to be completed to ALL applicable Australian Standards and guidance through the National Construction Code.
- Passive Fire (hinged and pivoted doorsets - common)
- Means of Egress
- Emergency Escape Lighting
- Fire Blankets
- Portable and Wheeled Fire Extinguishers
- Fire Hydrant Systems
