VIDA Health – Construction Services - Registration of Interest (ROI)

⁠⁠⁠VIDA Health is undertaking a Registration of Interest (ROI) process as an information gathering and market engagement exercise.

The purpose of this ROI is to understand the market’s capability, capacity and experience in delivering the following professional services (Construction Services):

• Principal / Lead Consultant services
• Architectural services
• Engineering services (including Building Services, Civil and Structural)
• Health Service Planning
• Relevant Building Surveying services
• Geotechnical Engineering services.

Suppliers may respond for one or more of the Construction Services and are not required to demonstrate capability across all services.

The ROI is intended to:

• broaden VIDA Health’s understanding of available suppliers;
• identify capability across metropolitan and regional Victoria;
• test assumptions around VIDA Health’s historical packaging of services, including the role of Principal Consultants and how to best ensure direct interfaces are retained between VIDA Health and core disciplines like engineering and health planning;
• support market access for new and emerging suppliers; and
• inform future procurement and engagement approaches over the next 12 months.

While VIDA Health has a preference for suppliers with demonstrated experience delivering services on health and/or other social infrastructure projects, all organisations with relevant capability are encouraged to register, including suppliers who may be new to the Victorian Government or health sector.
