The Office the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO or the Buyer) will not respond to requests for additional sellers to be added to this RFQ.
The Office the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) has the purpose to promote harmonious, productive, cooperative and compliant workplace relations in Australia. The FWO has a responsibility as set out by the Fair Work Act 2009 to:
• provide education, assistance, advice and guidance to employers, employees, outworkers, outworker entities and organisations;
• promote and monitor compliance with workplace laws;
• inquire into and investigate breaches of the Fair Work Act;
• take appropriate enforcement action; and
• perform our statutory functions efficiently, effectively, economically and ethically.
The System Developer will be embedded within the FWO, Business Applications and Online Services (BAOS) team to provide high quality technical expertise across multidisciplinary teams. The role is critical to the delivery, support, maintenance and enhancement of key business applications across the FWO technology platform.
A full-stack developer contributing to an existing development team to assist in delivery of custom .net data driven applications including API development for interagency exchange of information and website access.
This will be based on a time and materials contract of 12 months with up to 2 x 12-month extension options.
