- Data Analysts the design, analysis and delivery of relevant, trusted and objective statistics and data-related insights
- Data Analyst Lead is also known as Data Analyst Manager (EL1 equivalent)
- The Data Analyst Manager is responsible for the design and development of high-quality solutions in support of business and technical requirements and for solving highly complex problems.
- Data Analyst Managers design, create, test and document new and amended software components from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed development and security standards and processes.
- Data Analyst Managers work under limited direction of senior staff. They exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy and in the application of practices and procedures.
- Decision making is dependent on judgement, skills and knowledge. Data Analyst Managers manage and organise their own work in the context of competing priorities, including contributing to business planning, changes in workplace practices and business improvement strategies.
