Westport Park Splash Pad Service Agreement

⁠⁠⁠Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) is seeking a qualified local provider for the maintenance and operation of the Westport Park Splash Pad.

An optional pre-tender briefing will be held at Westport Park Waterpark, Park Street, Port Macquarie NSW 2444 at 9:30am, Tuesday, 19th May 2026. Attendance at this briefing is not a mandatory requirement of participation.

Potential Tenderers must register for Briefing/inspection by 18th May 2026.

All clarifications must be sought within the tender period and no later than question closing date, please refer to RFQ Section 2 - Standard Conditions of Participation.

Submissions that include clarifications, assumptions, or departures will be deemed non-conforming and will not be progressed for evaluation.
