Event Management and Production Services – Rugby Village for Men’s Rugby World Cup Australia 2027

⁠⁠⁠Tourism WA’s is seeking a single Event Management supplier (the Contractor) to provide planning, coordination and delivery services for a ‘Rugby Village’ fan zone for the Men’s Rugby World Cup Australia 2027. The Rugby Village is required to accommodate a minimum of 10,000 fans at any one time and be accessible for everyone to access with free entry. The Rugby Village will be open for every match day of the tournament, during the tournament period of 1 October until 13 November 2027.
