1. Deploy either a static or mobile batch plant to the program site, as required.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying concrete supply demands throughout the construction area.
- Advise the availability and quantity of agitator trucks or advise on subcontractor relationships.
2. Concrete mixing and batching:
- Perform on-site mixing of concrete using the mobile batch plant, ensuring precise proportions of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures to meet program specifications.
3.Custom concrete formulations
- Tailor concrete formulations to match the specific strength, durability, and workability requirements of the construction program.
4.Quality control
- Implement stringent quality control measures throughout the batching process to ensure consistent and high-quality concrete production.
- Availability of third-party NATA accredited testing facilities and personnel.
5.Adherence to standards
- Comply with relevant industry standards and specifications for concrete production, transportation, and placement.
6.Timely delivery
- Facilitate timely delivery of ready-mixed concrete to various points within the construction site, optimizing construction schedules and minimising downtime.
7.Technical Support
- Provide technical support and expertise in concrete mix design, troubleshooting, and addressing any challenges related to concrete supply.
