Tender Description
PURPOSE: Supply and Delivery of Ready Mixed Concrete to participating Councils for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029 with a provision for 2 x 12-month extension options.
PARTICIPATING COUNCILS: This process is being facilitated on behalf of
- Gunnedah Shire Council
- Armidale Regional Council
- Liverpool Plains Shire Council
INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 2 June 2026.
DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the etender portal until the submission close date for a nonrefundable fee of $50.00.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.
Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
Tenderers are advised that the participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
