Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced tenderers for the construction of new shared pathways and localised improvements at Ridgehaven Road, Silverdale.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Removal of existing asphalt footpath
  • Installation of concrete footpaths
  • Installation of kerbing
  • Installation of planted swales and stormwater structures
  • Pavement widening
  • Pre-planning and preparation, including pedestrian management and site establishment
  • Preparation of a detailed Traffic Guidance Scheme
  • Material handling and disposal
  • Provision of skilled labour, tools, equipment and materials
  • Execution of work in a safe, high quality and efficient manner in accordance with Council's specifications and directions

Contractor Requirements

  • Appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced to undertake the works
