Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers for the construction of new shared pathways and localised improvements. Works generally include removal of existing asphalt footpath, installation of concrete footpaths, kerbing, planted swales and stormwater structures and pavement widening.
Tenderers are to submit a tender based on the attached plans and documentation included within this RFT.
This tender should comprehensively cover all elements needed to manage and complete the work, including:
- Pre-planning and preparation (e.g. pedestrian management and site establishment)
- Detailed Traffic Guidance Scheme
- Material handling and disposal
- Provision of skilled labour, tools, equipment and materials
- Execution of work in a safe, high quality and efficient manner per Council's specifications and directions.
