⁠⁠⁠Scope of Services

The services required may include, but are not limited to:

• Uniform design – including concept development, branding alignment, and functional suitability, more specifically to meet the functional and performance requirements of elite athletes competing across diverse sports disciplines. This includes inclusive and accessible design, material efficiency and design choices that support lower-impact sourcing, reuse, recycling or responsible end-of-life management, where appropriate to the garment type and without compromising athlete performance, safety, comfort, sport technical requirements or competition compliance.

• Manufacturing – scalable production across multiple garment types, sizes and accessibility features, with appropriate supply chain visibility across key production stages.

• Distribution – logistics planning, warehousing, and delivery to designated locations, with demonstrated ability to minimise avoidable air freight, reduce packaging and manage reverse logistics.

• Fitting and alteration – accessible on-site or remote fitting services, tailoring, and adjustments, including adaptive-fit support, privacy-sensitive service models and processes that meet the needs of diverse users.

• Circularity, surplus and end-of-life management – forecasting and inventory controls to minimise over production and appropriate second-life or end-of-life pathways for surplus, damaged or unused items, including take-back, repair, reuse, recycling, upcycling or responsible disposal, with brand/IP de-identification where required.
