Provision of Palliative Care Support Packages

⁠⁠⁠The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) requires the provision of Palliative Care Support Packages (PCSP) for immediate home care services for community palliative care patients across regional Western Australia.

These services typically include support with nursing care, personal care, domestic assistance, social support, respite, meals, access to transport and some equipment which is not funded by any other mechanism and assists with keeping patients at home or, in the case of Aboriginal people, on country.
