Tender Description
All activities and services necessary for the fabrication and supply of Permanent Subsea Structures, as outlined below.
This scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the items listed below.
- Project Management and Engineering required for the fabrication and delivery of the fabricated items
- Fabrication of
a) 2ea Pipeline End Termination Structures (PLET, ~160T each)
b) 2ea Flowline Support Structures (FSS, ~65T each)
c) 5ea Buckle Initiators (BI, 90T each)
d) Various Installation aids (24” & 6” PLRs, 24”, 6” Pipeline heads etc)
- Procurement of all materials including exotic materials for the above listed items
- Integration of Company supplied Valves, Connectors etc. in to PLETs
- SIT of above subsea structures
- Delivery of the structures to the nearest quay side for load out
- Load out of structures on to Allseas Vessels
- Provide Manufacturing Record books for all fabricated items
Fabrication is anticipated to commence at the start of Q3 2026, with delivery of the completed items expected towards the end of Q2 2027
