This RFP relates to the procurement of in-country representation services in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam to support TAFE NSW with international student recruitment.
Project goals
TAFE NSW are taking a two stage process to engage an appropriate supplier:
- Stage 1 – Registration for Opportunity - see document
- Stage 2 – TAFE NSW will issue an invitation to the RFP via TAFE NSW Ariba
Scope
TAFE NSW is seeking to maintain and strengthen its local presence in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam through dedicated In-Country Representatives (ICR) who play a critical role in supporting student recruitment activities and managing key recruitment channels in-market. These representatives act as an extension of TAFE NSW’s International Student Recruitment team, ensuring effective on-the-ground engagement with students, education agents, institutional partners and other stakeholders.
To ensure continuity and sustained student recruitment outcomes, TAFE NSW is now seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider or organisation to supply In-Country Representatives across the designated countries under a renewed third-party arrangement for a further three-year term with 1 x 12-month extension option.
