TLC Healthcare invites suitably qualified Australian law firms to submit Expressions of Interest to join its External Legal Services Panel, commencing 1 July 2026.
TLC Healthcare is a vertically integrated healthcare, development and services organisation operating across a diverse and growing portfolio, including healthcare services, aged care, hospitals, construction and property development.
The Panel will support TLC's in-house legal function and senior leadership across a range of commercially significant, complex and regulated matters.
Areas of expertise sought include:
• Healthcare, aged care and regulatory law
• Construction and property
Employment and workplace relations
• Commercial and corporate
• Litigation and dispute resolution
• Privacy, data protection and technology
• TLC seeks firms with demonstrated experience in regulated industries, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to work collaboratively within an in-house legal services model.
